Time of delivery
In the Netherlands we deliver your order within 5 working days.
In Belgium we will deliver your order within 5 working days.
In the rest of the European Union it may take a little longer for your order to arrive.
Orders outside the European Union may take up to 14 working days.
Track and Trace
You can track the status of your order and shipment via the Track&Trace code sent. You will receive this as soon as we have shipped your order.
Not at home?
Missed the delivery? You will find a note in your mailbox with an update on the delivery status. For example, if they delivered the package to one of your neighbors, they will come back for another attempt. Usually they try to deliver it to one of your neighbors first. If they don't find anyone home there either, they come back for another try. If they still don't find anyone at home on the second attempt, the package will be forwarded to a local package store or a collection point where the package can be collected within the next two weeks. After those 2 weeks, the package will be automatically returned to our address.
