Your order will be shipped using PostNL and its international network of worldwide partners.

Time of delivery

If you’ve placed your order before 4 p.m. (C.ET.) on a business day we’ll ship it the next day. If you live in The Netherlands or Belgium you’ll even receive your order within 3 (business) days. For the rest of the European Union it can take up to 5 business days for your order to arrive. Orders outside of the European Union can take up to a maximum 14 business days.

Track and Trace

You can follow the status of your order and shipment in your Route + Distance account. Don’t have an account or not able to login? No worries. Once we’ve shipped your order you’ll receive an automated email containing a tracking link from our shipping partner PostNL.

Not at home?

Missed the delivery? You will find a note in your mailbox with an update on the status of your delivery. For instance, if they delivered the package to one of your neighbours or they’ll com back for another try. Usually they’ll first try to deliver it at one of your neighbours. If they find no one home there as well they’ll come back for another try. If at the second try they still find no one home the package gets forwarded to a local Parcel shop or Pick-up point where it will be available for pickup for the next 2 weeks. After those 2 weeks the package we’ll be automatically returned to our address.

RETURNING PRODUCTS

To return products please follow these steps:

  1. Use the return form included in your package or download it here using the ‘return form’ button.
  2. Fill out the form completely.
  3. Include the form in the package with the goods you want to return.
  4. Bring the package to your nearest shipping depot and pay for it there. (In that case you can use the return address on the bottom of the form).
  5. We will process your return request within 5 days after receiving your returned goods. You’ll be notified when we’ve done so automatically.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ACCEPTANCE OF RETURNED GOODS

  • All* goods bought at route-distance.com can be returned without further notice within 30 days after your original order date. (Returned products after these 30 days will not be accepted).
  • All shipping costs of return shipments are for customer.
  • Returned goods will only be accepted if they are unworn and in original state with the original labels still attached.
  • Stained or otherwise damaged goods will not be accepted.
  • Returned goods need to be packed in original condition and original packaging (if possible).

EXCHANGING FOR ANOTHER SIZE

We don’t offer an exchange service. If you’re in need of a replacing size you can make a new order with the replacing size at any moment in the return process.
